We can provide as part of our complete claims management package to handle both fault and non-fault motor claims. United Legal would provide you with your unique dedicated number answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We answer all calls on a white label basis, and our team will report information on a “delegated authority” to a client’s insurer, where the correct action can be taken.
Claims Analysis and Management Information Reports
On a monthly basis, we can provide a report of claims received, as well as an update of actions taken. Also, your report can be custom, so you can obtain any other information you require. All reports can be accessed at any time via our bespoke online claims tracking and reporting platform.
Personally Branded Complete Claims Management
We can provide fully branded marketing collateral for your client’s to report all claims. Including; a custom claims number, document wallets, stickers, key fobs, accident helpline cards and reminder letters, emails or text messages.
When your customers are involved in a non-fault accident, we offer a credit hire facility where your client can be provided a replacement vehicle suitable for their requirements. Our fleet consists of private cars, prestige vehicles, taxis, dual-control cars, vans, minibusses and a full range of commercial vehicles.
When the circumstances allow we can offer a credit repair facilities which means that we recover the cost of the repairs from the at fault insurer meaning the client will not have to pay their policy excess or even make a claim under their policy.
